FWIW I also purchased the lines from Westech and was very satisfied. Fit perfect and only took me about 15 minutes to do. No winch shaft on my truck to deal with.
I know this is for a different state than my own but knowing how officials love to split hairs when it comes to regulations. One other slight but very critical change, IMO, I would work to include at some point would be the following addition. This just removes any doubt as to what the statute...
If your funds permit I would purchase a new radiator while they are available and at a reasonable price, $500~$600 compared to $800+. You could then swap in the new radiator and have the original repaired and saved as a spare. 2cents
I would tend to agree with the other gentlemen that is is a water buildup in the exhaust. A non turbo truck has a nice big muffler that can hold a fair amount of water until it blows it out or cooks it from heat. If you had that bad a cylinder you should have a lot of blue smoke and I would...
Couldn't find the directions I had but what you are doing is replacing #17 with #14,16 and A in the diagram. One thing to check is the fitting G in your pic is the correct size. There seems to be 2 different size lines used on the truck over the years.
Welcome to the addiction. There are quite a few Maryland members around. Happy hunting for the MV's. One of the Maryland members, m816 someday, has been kind enough to organize a breakfast the second Saturday of each month at the Bob Evans in Eldersburg. May will be the 1st Saturday because of...
That is a good point that I never gave any thought to. I would bet that the Peoples Republic of Maryland would require fenders. They might not give it much thought unit the LEO's figure out it isn't a gooberment MV.
That made a nice kit tigger. ajg6989 I put one of these in each one of my vehicles including the deuce. Small enough they are easy to find a place for and have nice basic supplies. 2cents

Maverick, really nice equipment. JCKnife, looks like a great trailer to start with. Poof, neat idea for a non-standard use. I just might need to see about one of these trailers. Never really thought much about them until seeing and hearing the different uses for them. Thanks Gentlemen.
On the bottom of the bell housing there is a rectangular plate that has I think 6 bolts you remove. This will give you access to spray the clutch and inside the bell housing. Good time to grease the throwout bearing.
Just my 2cents but because you are there I would have the flywheel surfaced to mate with the new disc and replace the rear main seal and pilot bushing. Not sure of the weight but shouldn't be hard to remove and install using guide bolts.
