Exactly. I may be wrong but I read that as peak HP at 2700rpm, redline at 2930. I generally run 45mph so I'm not hitting either of those rpm.

I keep seeing these posts about 2700rpm being redline, I'm pretty sure I saw 2900 on my engine.
