The engine alone is around 600lbs pulling the whole powerpac is around 800lbs. Taking the whole powerpac out is easier then just trying to pull the engine.

Yeah Kenny the link I posted states the same thing, its ( biodiesel ) also great for cleaning out the fuel system.

I like Stanadyne Jr ( not the performance formula). Early diesels ( thru 1995) were designed to run with the higher sulfer fuel which provided more lubricicity then todays ultra low sulfer fuels. I also like Diesel Kleen by Power Service which is also a great fuel stabilizer/conditioner but...

I had about 100+lbs of bolts for my M-37 plated in yellow cad at a company in Miami, it was a $1.00 a lb with a 50lb minimum ( I had to strip the bolts off paint first) but that was about 10yrs ago, it looked great against the 24087

As it was explained to me by a Hotshot driver, You'll go over the weigh station scales long before you get to the station house, the scale can't tell the difference between a 1 ton or a heavier ( single axle) tractor rig, so unless the weigh station is looking for specific ( lower) weights to...

Here is a corner bow for a M-37 notice the bolt/holes go through the sides of the bow., The bolt holes on a 101 bow go from the outside to inside ( center ) of the bow...I hope that makes sense :roll:

The M-56 is a cab chassis that the military put their own bodies ( contact maint, crash body, telephone maint,etc). The M-56 in the pic is the long wheelbase ( 126") which is 14" longer the the M-37 WB. You could shorten the frame but is alot of work as there is 1/4" thick stiffener plate...
