Welcome to the "addiction". Common is the statement I only want/need fill in the blank. Then it is I just have to have XXXXX to go with blank. Then I only need this one last item to finish my collection. But it's fun
Well I can't offer any help from here but I wish you a safe and boring trip.
Congratulations on the posting. Maybe see you there. We are heading there to see that very site on the 8th or 9th.
Spruce Mtn shows out of the silicone BF. I knew I should have ordered some last month. I could use a gallon or so for my system rebuild I need to do sense I had a front wheel cylinder go bad the other week.
From personal experience I would drain the rear differential and add 1 bottle of “GM Performance #1052358 Friction Modifier” and refill with lube of you choice. In both my 85 K5 blazer and 89 V1500 jimmy with the same GovLoc they would start to chirp when turning about every 50K~60k miles...
Chuck, that's a odd color paint on the genny or my monitor is showing a strange tint. I like the way your hold down brackets fit. Hope you get it running. They are nice sets if a little on the loud side.

Would be a good time to check the

7. Inspect rubber insert in vibration damper and pulley (6) for cracks. Replace vibration damper and pulley (6) if cracked.
Would be a good time to replace the front engine mount inserts if need be.
Good catch. That is really one of the over looked items. Was going to go for a ride on this nice sunny day and started my preflight and found a wheel cylinder leak on the right front. Oh well, I needed to check the wheel bearing and brake shoes anyway.
