You got me on that one. It is a very simple circuit and I don't see how it could back feed from another circuit. If you want to send me a PM with your email address I can send you the wiring diagram if you like.
According to the wiring diagram I have it would indicate that for some reason your master switch is not breaking the connection between terminal "A" and "B" inside the switch. Terminal "A" is circuit #11 that is the hot feed into the master switch and terminal "B" is the feed out of the switch...
That would tend to indicate a bad master switch. The fuel pump is driven directly from the switch unless there is a difference in the AF version of the electrical system. Do the oil pressure and water temp go to zero when the master switch is off.

Where I live there are all kinds of insects and little critters that see the road draft tube / hose as a new domicile. I made a simple but effective mod by zip tying a small piece of fine screen over the end. Still lets out vapor so no pressure buildup but no homesteaders either. Black screen...
Just my 2cents but if you haven't cleaned the air compressor filter in awhile you might want to try that. Excessive restriction can cause more oil to be drawn past the compressor piston rings
Welcome to the site. There is a great wealth of information from members available. I use to get to Morgantown pretty regular. Mom's family was from there and Dad's was from Pt. Marion.
TM 9-2320-361-20 page 3-102. Shows the coolant hose connections but the valves are mounted on the engine.
