    Short answer lubrication, looooonnnngggg answer get a comfortable seat and read this article:http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/PR-shaft/index.html Its really good. addendum: it doesn't matter which plane the offset is in, also clearance played an issue with placement also.
