Today when I shut off the humvee, the glowplug box for whatever reason clicks every 30 seconds or so, is this normal? I never had it do that before, has the box went bad? It clicks as if its being shut off every 30 seconds It only does this while the truck is off and the switch in the "Engine Stop"

Anyone knows what this hose is and where its actually suppose to go? I assume its a hose for a CDR valve that's missing but I don't know
