The straight rubber coupler is for armored trucks { the intake snorkle is shorter }. If you have a standard longer snorkle...you can't move it up due to the windshield bracket

The late one has a lip on wheel...early one seems more heavy duty, but without lip....Both should work fine...I may have one or both.

There are different length hoses with angled ends...maybe they got installed in the wrong order and clocking of end when tightening.

The ones already titled in CA from years ago are fine...None can be titled there now.

Turbo Tach wires go to alternator regulator...no tach drive on turbo trucks. Might be Tach defective.

I have a few of the harneses that go from the lights to the connector.....Its a short harness about a foot or longer.

Here's all the brackets needed if someone wants to convert a soft top frame, into a HT frame. And these corner brackets fit the rubber mounts unlike others out there.

TM 9-2320-387-24P late manual also does not show the long twist bracket being used in late surp on fig. 45A, but all late systems have them.
