I would strongly suggest that you go to a place like rubber duck or Mod Mafia and purchase a solid aluminum coolant overflow fluid container. Your turbo is very close to that plastic coolant container.

IMHO - Use a plunge block on a drill and drill the corners. Then carefully and superficially use your circular saw/angle grinder.
