I did not see a tools section & I’m not quite ready to list this in the classifieds section as I know nothing about these.
I have 2 sets. I have not attempted to hook these up to any transmissions to see if they function properly. One is complete and everything turns on. One has a burned up...
I get it but I was pointing that due to the length of the goose neck I thought it could contact the end of the truck bed if the right terrain were encountered.
Looks well built! The only question I have pertains to binding. Tow bars have incline / decline flexibility at the truck clevises (knuckles) and the pintle hook in order to navigate road conditions that aren’t flat - roads that are like those found in places like Kansas or western Iowa. I...
Pacifist? Eh; not really. In my case it was under $30. Would have akin to pole vaulting a mouse turd. Not a hill with enough value that I was willing to die on.
Same thing happened to me with a broken FMTV windshield. They withheld the credit card fees because they said that was not their doing. I can understand that - I don’t like it though. They could refund me that money and then they discuss their own reimbursement with the credit card processor...

If you can get me the part # or NSN then I might be able to find it. Also, most parts TM’s will show a “BULK” part # and may include sizes. The bulk # is typically for parts that could be made by unit mechanics. Making a fuel line or brake line would not be uncommon back then.
I found a name & phone # of someone who is very known about Mules. I just called and left a message. Before I pass along his contact info I want to make sure he’s OK with that.
I should have asked sooner. Have you looked in our TM section to see if there a TM that could shed some light on this?
