Have you found a replacement for your headliner yet? I gave up trying to remove the old adhesive, and figured I’d just cover it up.
I had originally thought if peel and stick carpet squares, or a thin outdoor carpet and some spray adhesive . Then I had this thought, might add some sound...
I’ve always love the M715. That’s my other dream truck and I planned on getting one, before the Humvees went surplus.
I really like the dual hitch receiver idea too.
I’ve searched around and have not found any winch options for the REV trucks. I believe they have different radiator mountings than other ECV trucks and that might affect winch positioning??
If there isn’t a simple solution, what do people think of mounting a trailer hitch receiver up front...
It mainly leaked at the corners. The drip rails are too short. There’s a hole between the C Pillar and the roof where a squirrel could crawl through. The drip rain should be at least 3-4 inches longer to cover that gap. On mine, I had these aluminum rails, I believe to clip on a canvas...
Yes there were hummers made with crank windows. Yes hummer doors are top quality. But they might set you back 20k.
Give that alpha door company a call. They look top notch and ready to install. Not a big project (like mine)

I’ve had a lot of problems. Originally they told me to order the wrong power window mechanisms and I ducked with those forever. I eventually ordered a different sent which the company told me to...
I’m doing basically the same thing with my 1165.
I bought take out dodge caravan seats off eBay. That are nice and fit fairly well. The front passenger seat is just high as it’s over the batteries. I did decide to alter the beam behind the front seats to give more legroom. I’m 6’1” and...
I purchased a new set of housings as some are cracked.
Having them in my hand - I’m wondering if this plastic is UV stable?? It just seems like it’s not, and should be painted, to prevent them from cracking in the future. Curious if painting is necessary or not??
Is there a TM on these AC units? I haven’t be able to find the pages. My AC doesn’t work either. I know I need frion in the rear, so I’ll probably take the whole thing to an AC place but it would be nice to have the TM beforehand
