    Rattle on steady state driving

look close at your MTV truck. Note that portion of the transmission sites above the upper chassis rail. To clear the transmission you will need either a third chassis rail.... or put a dog house in you box to hump over it; if the floor plan allows for it.

    Torque multiplier wrench for lugnuts?

there is numerous threads in here on this. Searching them out and reviewing them will give you some hints on the needed socket sizes. This will help lead you to buying a kit that happens to include all or most of the socket sizes you need. Usually I think there are three sockets in the kits.

no cracked frames to see.... they were built properly and boxes put on them with this in mind. There is I think only four or five solid boxes on LMTV's out there right now... but only about 4 years?? at most of minimal use..... time will tell... Id expect damage not to show up till 10+ years...

    Expedition engine?

@87cr250r they don't make Cardian joints for rigs this big unless they are specialized..... which is anti the plan for military trucks to be mostly off the shelf commercial parts.. Think the high pinion axle..... was how they compensated for that reality.

    Expedition engine?

will see if he changes bed route. Think he has two trucks now so he does not HAVE to keep the bed. In past he had too remove it cause truck was also used for business. (plowing)

check your batteries...... as in you must have solid good 24v into bats AND back out or your transmission will do odd things. Also it may need to re-learn shifting. oh... and thanks for searching first...... That is the right thing to do though TomTime has a point on quoting someone in an...
