how about a forum for completed sales with members .. how did it go ... good deals / bad deals , etc. but only for transactions that occurred on the board , no e-pay crap and no flame wars ... but there should be a place where we can post comments on how deals went and if we get burned by a...
when i got my trucks .. won on 9/11/02 cleared on 3/25/03 so 6 months was my experence also . but i still got trucks and thats all that mattered :wink:
those are the same rims for the m135 type of truck .. can be used for converting a m35 from duels to singels .. they have the
proper offset .
and to me , it looks like the just didnt paint the ring ..
the first set of tires (7) i did with a hammer with that .. then i got the slide hammer .. way more fun and a lot less wasted time hitting the rim or ring .. ill go with the slide hammer and a couple of pry bars any day ... and as for standing over the tire .. no friggin way !! safety cage or...
it took me all of 5min. of playing with mine to shear the alum .pin off ... took 20 min to shear off the first bolt ...took another 15min. to bend the crap out of the top guard/bracket and ruin the cable ... still have the bolt .. have pulled down trees and pulled out other trucks and had lots...
the cost of replacing the wire harness , re packing the bearings and a good cleaning ... new gen ... mostally small electric parts .. the worst would be cleaning the motor/ turbo ... could be a real deal ... for a small amount of labor ...but shipping would kill any desire to get one if it wasnt...
youre living in ca ... and its a high milagae unit . i would suggest straight 40wt. non detergent.
it calls out for 30wt. nd oil but if it has a bunch of miles or low oil pressure i would go with the 40 wt.

your truck also has the locking solnoid for the brakes .. it may be sticking ?!? i have never had that problem .. i have had the no pressure problem ..
i had a friend that had the XM858 that was complete ... except the builge pumps ... lots of fun to drive ... had the automatic trans . everything ... would redline about 45mph ... eats tires worse than anything i ever seen. would ride great on all types of terain ... worked great in the sand...
i bid on some that gl had at camp penteltion .. there were several palets of sides .. lost out ....i was thinking about using them for the trailers i have that need new side boards .
or maby making a split set of side racks .. if the price is right .
i have 2 m135 rear ends minus the pumpkins .... if you are interested in the parts ..the only problem is going to be the shipping costs.... i think that the diffs. are the same length .. so what you may need is just the hubs with the drums ??
if you want , ill get the measurements of the rear...
