    How to unload an M35A2

*No Deuces were harmed in the making of this video* Ok, I have to ask a stupid question. I don't have any personal experience unloading inop 13K pound equipment. What would have been the correct procedure?

The potential end of my 1958 M54A2

Ouch. Here's hoping that it isn't as bad as it looks. As mentioned above, there is still a lot of good truck there. And there are sure to be donor trucks around. Good luck to you.

Best M35 year and model ?

I'll toss in another vote for the A2. Mine is a 72 model with an 87 rebuild on my engine. I prefer the multi fuel and the 5 speed trans. And yes, a late model with the dual circuit brakes would be a big plus.

Hello and welcome to the group. Cool looking truck you've got there. When I changed the tires on my Deuce, I used a torque multiplier. Cost around 50 bucks and it made the job easy. Thanks for the pics!

    Deuce brake help

This is a well written and detailed response. I agree that it sounds like your air pack could use some attention. I rebuilt mine for the opposite reason, mine would build up to 60 psi and then dump through the vent line. If the inside of yours is free of scoring and rust issues (can be rebuilt)...
