At least you found the cause. Let us know how the alignment process goes.

Squibbly's M1009 and other Questionable Projects

Messing with algorithms is fun. I'm not sure what it accomplishes, but it confuses the bots.

    M35a2 Door Stuck

I haven't looked into adjusting mine yet. It fell down my "to do" list when I discovered that I could just use a little more elbow grease to open it. Perhaps someone will answer that question for both of us.

    M35a2 Door Stuck

Just a thought: how is the alignment of your door to the cab? I thought my passenger door latch was stuck. Turns out my latch works fine, the door just sticks in the frame.

Operation: Ethel. Kendelrios M37 (re)build thread

Subscribing to watch your progress. This is going to be a great build. Also I know very little about these trucks and I'm learning a lot from yall. Shared knowledge is the best. Congrats again, Ken! Looks like you have another keeper.

10-4. I'm not in the market for any new toys but there's (usually) no harm in looking.

    What is this truck worth?

Can Deuces run on cow farts? Also, I live in a small rural town. "Commies" don't usually stick around long 😁

I saw a 52 on Epay that looked really nice. The price might get high though.

    What is this truck worth?

Sounds like a good time to buy some cows. And people complain about gas prices :shrugs:

    What is this truck worth?

Still less than half the price of a new truck. One of the reasons why I drive a 92 GMC. The whole world is going crazy with prices. LGB

UPDATE: It worked like a charm. Normal idle, smooth pedal. Thank you so much, guys! :driver:

    M35A2 throttle sticking

Good to know. As much as my cab leaks, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bit rusty down there. I will give it a close look in the morning. Thank you

    M35A2 throttle sticking

Thanks for the reply. I will check more in depth tomorrow. There is bad weather here tonight. The pedal has always felt a bit stiff, but not gritty. Time to go back over my L.O.

    M35A2 throttle sticking

I'm sure this isn't the first time this question has been asked. My 72 Deuce has the LDT 465-1C. It normally starts, idles, and runs very smooth. Today I went out to start her up, and she fired up instantly. I noticed that the rpms were a little high, at around 850-900. I let it idle for a few...

I'll have to think on this one. I like them all! Can't wait for the new calendar.

How many miles on a multi fuel?

My M35A2 is a 1972 model that was overhauled in 1987. The odometer reads just over 46K. That doesn't really tell me much. From what I've read, odometers, hour meters, and even engines were swapped out as needed. Sometimes with used units. So my engine could have way less than 46K or it could...
