Well your not going to get fuel at the injectors without the engine running or at least spinning over. Also you do not need to bleed the Deuce injectors. You do need the in tank pump working to bleed all fuel filters after filter change at the bleed between the secondary and final.
Did you...
Not dumb what ever you think is best. Yep cleaning them up is a good thing before install. Here is the response from Meritor to me post #79 Wheel Lug Nuts & Studs and Anti-Seize | Page 4 | SteelSoldiers
Believe you are correct about the TM Frank plus no wheel manufacture ever said to use anti-seize only light oil. To each his own but I looked on my can of anti-seize and it no longer says for wheel studs. Just my .02 but light oil and the threads under the nuts seem better shape than the ones...
Yea mine were to much trouble to play with so I cut them down here at home. Also my truck did not have any diaphragm problems when I brought it home. Here he is picking up a un known truck so it might be better to have the cut ones on hand. He can play with it when he gets it home as there are...
Most all of the time all we worry about is the red scribe mark and the head pointer being on mark then remove. I say most because when the head is installed correctly when we go to remove it ever again we line up the head red scribe and pointer and pull head. Now there has been motors with head...
Kloppk has helped me with my problems as I know nothing about mine.
Maybe I am wrong but your last pictures you have the black throttle knob in the off position. I believe that should be in the run / start position and with motor no load running then you measure the gap?
Yep I have it on good authority that NASA did place an outward facing billboard above Earth and it said. " Caution anyone or thing visiting please wear your waders because this place is full of crap".
Thanks for the thought Wes and I will catch up with you when your back is turned.
WassawBound I am running antique tags and I would not want to risk any problems on the road. Plus there is somethings that do need to be done and checked before the truck could even be flat towed. Myself best thing...
Yes leave the center cap alone for now. Post #2 is the thingy ( delivery valve ) we can check for a no start without removing the Head. Please do not loose the spring. Might start there first then you might have to get into removing the Head and check timing button.
deuce wont start. | SteelSoldiers
Why would someone yell election fraud if your vote was cast when the poll was open. Now if someone was to reopen a poll and cast a vote and it changed a tie well yea. Just because I figured out who opened a closed poll and changed the tie last time does not make me the bad guy. Still could have...
Maybe we should reopen this poll and see if one of the 22 other truck voters wants to change there vote to tie it up again? Since we can change the rules when ever. Faceoff
Wonder since most roads are crowned and driving in the right lane the passenger side might get a little hotter. That and if you loaded the passenger side of the trailer heaver plus crown might heat up that side?
If I make it have a couple of Hardigg cases and aluminum med boxes. Have a couple of Septer water and fuel cans. Some even with metal holder base and new nylon straps. Still have the Med. collard tow bar with 1x1 feet 1 3/4 feet and double chain axle clamps.
Bottom petcocks are for water draining. The system air bleed screw is the one between the secondary and final fuel filter up on the block by firewall. Yes we do it after filter change.
