My deuce gets about 11 empty on 395's as for the 925a2 well it has pulled a trailer since the day I picked her up and it got about 7.9 pulling a jeep on a 3k trailer and 6.5 pulling a jeep on a 10 k trailer

Johnson bar or trolly valve , it is used to apply or test brakes on trailer with air brakes , you really should never use it while driving . Unless you really know what your doing

The sanding disc on an angle grinder will make short work of it , just use light pressure and blend

It has four coming its not mine but craigs , and given that tire has a leak I deflated it so it didn't deflate on the road and loosen the straps

I'll throw grumpy in , she is a fine truck! Given she is not as comfortable, as fast , as powerfull as the 925a2 , but so much more character.

Fabbed up new hitch for ten ton trailer and brought her a 100 miles home for new decking etc oh and a jeep that needs a motor

200 mile round trip , also welded new hitch for deck over trailer to fit 925 and deuce ,

Very nice , have you thought about putting some angle steel from the bottom of the plate to the frame , that's a lot of leverage that far down . looks great though :)
