This is how I prime the fuel system - vacuum pump connected to the extra filter boss pulls fuel through the pump and fills the filter. Truck starts immediately, stutters a bit as the post-filter lines get filled, then runs like a top.

I had to drive out to the freight terminal to pick up a pallet of tires for the HMMWV. Trailer pulled nice empty or loaded, even at 70MPH.

What specifically did you connect to? I'm not familiar with "the ignition feed" or what is a constant 12v source. The only 12v ignition switch controlled circuit I recall is the wipers. Use that to trigger a relay and run power straight from the battery to the radio thru the relay.

Style on mine is OH, and Montana told me it meant off highway. I don't know what UT means, but I would guess utility vehicle.

My M1109 uses a Whelen siren controller with the switch lockwired to enable the electronic air-horn only. So two 100 watt outputs to two speakers. Plenty loud enough, and gives the option of an equally loud PA in case you got something to say.... loudly.

If you don't plan to air down much, or at all, can you go sans runflats, inserts, and beadlocks?

If you can feel the transmission shifting through the gears, then you have power to at least the transmission output shaft. Start there. Maybe disconnect the driveshafts from the transfer case and see if the output shafts are rotating with the motor running and the transmission in gear.
