    Truck won't start

If it is a NAPA company owned store you can get traction with Corp Mgmt, If it is an independently owned jobber store, Then you need to seek out the owner who could have been the manager.... NAPA mgmt has very little influence on an independent owner as the relationship is the other way around...

    Gun racks in the humvee

I sold my rear set. I do have a supplier with more pillar blocks but unsure when I will place another order as there is a min $100 and I just placed 2 back to back. If you can wait, I can add to my next goodie order.....hopefully soon.

    Special Forces style seat covers.

Would this also work for the commander and high back HMMWV seats?

    Gun racks in the humvee

Yes Sir, What was sold to you as 4 upper mounts, should be 2 plus just 2 barrel clamps without the sliding bracket & wing nut stud or cheese grader bracket needed & missing the 2 blocks. The rear uses a block that bolts to the B pillar and the barrel clamp bolts to the side of the block like in...

License Plate for my 803 and trailer

Not sure the issue you faced but here in the Banana republic a title, notarized bill of sale , Police vin verification form, and a bagful of $ are required. Our last governor was kind enough to enact that all Title transactions require $75 just for the title plus registration and plate fees plus...

    coolant brand/style?

It came filled with old school plain ole green stuff. I would say any good name brand green stuff not the red/orange/purple, copper or extended drain interval stuff.( I would not mix if topping off with extended) .

    Jack Stands for HMMWV m998

Check out tractor supply. They sell ones with a built in bottle jack. They are awesome and adjustable height arm with pin. Super nice feature is that they also have a safety latch in case of failure. Makes regular jack stands and bottle jacks obsolete imho...

Check your Feedthru Terminal and Ground

Lots of time it is the carc overspray paint that is cracking on wires, not the wires. Can't really tell if those are oversprayed?

Small fire in the 5 ton M923

found this tip on the web and it makes sense to repair the post with this method...if the battery test ok with voltage and hold load. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/battery-terminal-repair.php NAPA will carry the ends in Belden but the issue will be is it a jobber (indep) store with smaller...

    Gun racks in the humvee

My display is a m16 training rifle (marked from Ft. Benning) not the rubber duck. It has some real parts. I got it off craigslist in Panama City Beach. I put the orange duct tape on the barrel to hopefully show it is not real. I carry it in a bag when driving and only mount when static display...

LMTV Alternator Disaster, engine now catastophic

I suspect you will find the water pump shaft with substantial slop on the impeller shaft when it is pulled. That imbalance probably cooked your fan clutch or was enough to cause the fan to fail or the shaft of the pump cracked and launched a missile. I am afraid all the problems will track back...

    Gun racks in the humvee

I have pictures of the front in my thread Juan's M998. I have not yet taken pictures of the back. There is a block that mounts to the B-Pillar sideways using 2 of the b-pillar through bolt holes and the clamp with bracket bolts to the block. I think the originals were designed for the m16 rifle...
