Hi Lee,
I hope you stick around too. I appreciate your suggestion about the signature and the location. Unfortunately, this particular forum software doesn't allow for the state or city or anything else to be displayed in the post without some re-engineering of the code. I try my best to make...
Coincidence maybe? Try taking the low air buzzer out and hooking it up to straight voltage and see if it works. If it does, then you know it is in your wiring. There is one circuit breaker on the firewall near the steering column. I don't have a wiring schematic in front of me right now to...
Make sure the hand throttle isn't stuck on. Check and make sure the throttle return spring is hooked up. If that doesn't do it, check the throttle shaft on the pump and make sure it is bolted up tight and not slipping. Other than that, it may be internal.
Should be fine... in the future if you want to idle it to cool it down or warm it up, just pull your throttle control out a few notches and bring the idle up to around 1000rpm. That will keep combustion temps up and reduce slobbering. My new Dodge Cummins has a feature built into the ECU that...
Not trying to start a fight here, because that's not my thing, but accidents happen. Even the most competent tire busting professional can have a bad day. When the bad day means getting your head lopped off, it's pretty bad. I know these guys know what they are doing, but you just never know...
Anyone who works on split rim wheels without a cage has to have some screwws loose! I saw a tire shop once where the cage was blown apart. Also one where they were doing it without a cage and it blew the ring 20 feet in the air and put a hole through the metal roof. Watch em close guys and if...

Now let's tone down the rhetoric and get back to having fun with our...
As far as I know all Nam era gun trucks were 5'ers. The only deuce gun trucks I have seen are the replicas that folks are putting together these days. Those were some bad machines and the only thing that kept the Viet-Cong from shooting the crap out of every supply convoy.
Kinda like putting OnStar in your T-bucket
Very cool switch. Did they use those in the M35A3's? I have seen a couple of A3's but never paid any attention to the light switch. Man I thought the LED bulbs would be the coolest thing ever...
Wow! That is frickin nice!! I would love to have one of those, legally of course. My current switch works just fine, but the cool factor of the lighted push-button switch is too much! Keep us posted da-sgt
That's for when you have a flat and no jack handy!
Seriously, the only thing I have ever seen them used for is a spot to chain one down to a railcar or container. I have a piece of chain hanging from from one of mine right now. The...
