Howdy,
The 800 series TQG has 2 different fuel pumps. The older style is a square Facet electric fuel pump. The newer style is a round Airtex E1074 fuel pump. This is the primary pump location item. A lot of the units already have these mounted, or have been replaced with the round Airtex fuel...

Military MEP generator reset information
Look at the TB PDF. Go to PDF page 29 and you will see the quad winding fix. You will also see a breakdown of parts needed to accomplish this.
Howdy,
A few pointers.
A good full tank of diesel. Some additive if you have not had the unit long and do not know its history. A good hard loaded run at 80% or better for 4 hours will help clean out the cobwebs.
That way you know you can rely on it when you need it.
Acquired a Military...
Howdy,
A few points.
All that cranking you did might have blown the fuse.
In the future, when you replace the fuel filters... the unit is self priming. OH, the fuel water separator (spin-on) is sometimes a real bear to get off. Self priming, turn to prime and let is run a while. It takes some...

Military MEP generator reset information
It's a good read to understand what happens to a generator at Tier 1 and Tier 2.

You are looking at the gauges only? Get a volt meter and see what the reading is on the power lugs. You might have some issues with the factory am/vm switch itself or wiring issues.
Start the unit...
Howdy,
Not all generator heads are built the same. The military spec gen head is a power factor .8
In single phase and using 240 loads resistive is the easiest to balance and load a unit.
You can run through this thread and watch some of the video's running the MEP-802 and MEP-803

Howdy,
The emergency stop button gets lots of people.
MEP-80x startup routine
In behind the control panel... check all the fuses. The CB1 7.5 breaker, the FU1 fuse,
Oh, and make sure your batteries are charged up fully.
Howdy,
Read through the reset TB. It tells about what updates they want for the 805B and others. Just to make sure you have it up to date with there fixes.
Howdy,
There are lots of chargers and solar panel options out there. Tried and true is a good method to count on. I might not have a Interactor charger, but the NOCO Genius line G7200 and higher have the option for 24v. I have and use the NOCO G7200 on lots of things, and use the 12v portion to...
