After looking over what you got.
All the units all have the major pieces in place. Control panels are all complete. All units have 24v PulseTech solar chargers, Make yourself new battery ends. A good pressure washing and those units will clean up nicely.

In the middle of a field... bonded strap in place., and ground is connected to ground rod in the dirt.
Your house electrical panel, you have a proper ground in place. You are using the ground which was put in when the house was built.

The convenience receptacles are only 10 amps.
Open the front control panel, look to your left right inside the panel. That is the reset for the outlets.
