You will need larger u-bolt for the front and the passenger side spring plate from the the donor truck the axle tubes are larger and the spring plate is different and you will need to change your rear springs because the axle tubes are also larger in the back but you can get a kit with that in...
I put M1008 axles under mine no lift and 315/75/16 tires and they don't hit. but I would like to add a add a leaf to all four corners was to give a little more lift.
I run a set on my last M1009 and I did not think it was load. it did have a little rumble but you could talk to your passenger with load yelling any more than with the top off.
