stock m1008 rims, they mounted pretty easy and I love how it drives but I would like to go a little faster but I not in that much of a hurry. It's a trail river rig any way so the lower gears really shine in that department.

well it went good no break downs, when from river mist bridge to Calvin bridge:beer: the river is down, way down so if it stays is way by the 2nd @ Lexington should be perry dry and hot. bring lots of water.

I installed axles from a m1008 under my m1009 with no lift and have 315/75/16 tires ( about 34.6"x12.5x16)
It now drives like a short wheelbase M1008 55 mph

Went I use to drive a wrecker I use to help the big rig drivers out that run out of fuel by hooking a vacuum line from my gas engine in my wrecker (426 dual plug hemi) to their fuel return line and when my truck would start to cough or smoke than I knew they had fuel. That was 30 years ago also.
Well I have 315/75/16 tires no lift and pick up tail gate and I drove it to work for the first time (20 miles) no problems. Still need to fix the heater cable ( heat is on and it's going to be 90 something today) and change the steering column out ( hoping that will fix a lot of problems.

I install m1008 tailgate on my M1009 and working on the fastback top now and I got a cab curtain for the summer to keep the rain out (still need snaps to install it).
