some times an engine will what they call wet stack. that means the valve in that cylinder may have issues letting unburned fuel push out the exhaust valve i have seen this on a bigger engines. im just throwing this out because there i have seen it, that dont meen thats your problem

Has anybody here just went crazy with spray cans if paint to do a camo paint job on a cucv. i dont have a lot of $$ but it has no rust and i would like it to look desent from 20 feet.How do you or did you do a pattern.
i fixed the blue fusable wire on both sides of the firewall with new fusable wire and she now has a good charge to it. the #2 light comes on also. now just fix the horn.. when i turn the wheel it makes the horn go off. it gets better every day
the blue fuseable wire on the firewall is burnt and disconected . i put them together while it was running and they didnt get hot. is it ok to join them with a fuse. and what size fuse would be ok 20-25 amp or less. it looks like it goes to the alt system. i hope so because it still is not...
Is the volt meter on the right side in the dash for both batterys. Mine is in the green but its not in the middle of the green.New batterys. New regulator and brushes in the pass side altenator. Tell me its charging when its just over in the green.
thank you-- i dont have the isolated one hooked up because i didnt want to put it in the wrong place. that explanes why the batteries went dead.( i hope )
