Mechanically injected motors differ greatly from one to another. If you took 3 m923a2s, all brand new and identical, one of the 3 would out run the other 2 and get better mileage. That's just the nature of the beast.

I can't remember which was which, but one took a 5/16 plug, and the other a 1/2 (front and back)
I put a plug in the outlet of the hub going to the wheel mounted ctis valve. The front wheels had to be pulled off to plug it up, but the rears didn't. Ill take pictures and post them this evening.
If I were you, I'd find a carpet installer. They are pros at sizing and cutting stuff like this to size. Show them some pictures of a cargo cover, and go over the details of overhang, etc, and I'm sure they would be of great assistance.

Thats why I capped mine. One day ill make a manual tire inflation system with valves and gauges, but until then a glad hand hose will do all my inflation duties.
