On the rite headlite problem, I can understand it not being brite, but burning out has me stumped.

My guess is bad wheel cylinder ,leading to low fluid. Most of these old trucks need new wheel cylinders, on the average.

They hold a set of numbers, that can be changed, maybe for weight codes of trucks for bridges ? The numbers are black with yellow backround.

Thanks guys for the tips. On my K30 I have a new dash pad waiting and also a non working shift indicator. What has to be removed to get at the cable for the indicator. Been a little afraid to pull it apart.
