when i was in iraq in 08-09 we had two deuces in our trans yard they were for on base only as they werent up armored or anything. But we had about 5or6 of the five ton dumps all of em auto so they sucked and couldnt carry much as we didnt have the side racks but they did there job on and off...
what i did on mine was rip out all the glow plug electrics except the wires off the actual plugs. they all merge into one thick wire on each side connect those two wires and run them to a momentary switch i used an aftermarket starter switch. from there just run it to a 12 volt power source...
i have a 6" lift on mine we had one in the desert that we ran humvee tire and rims on all we did was cut the fenders. It would hit under full compression but minor wheeling and driving around it was fine.

Both bolts are in and yes it is in all the way. Was going to try and shim it but seems this is common on these trucks will check the relay tonight if get a chance thanks for the help will keep ya posted.
