I wouldn't think so., a hx35 is off of a cummins 5.9L in a dodge truck.. A MUCH smaller engine.. I think it would be WAAAY too small of a turbo for the 14L (855ci) cummins in your 923A1

Last night I threw a couple of batteries in it, primed the fuel system, and fired it up!! It ran really rough, and I know it will need much attention before running good.. I just wanted to be sure everything was free.. The trans worked, and it moved forward and reverse [emoji3]

Yes it did come from ropkey's. They are selling off some things so as to downsize, and so they can move the museum back to Indy.. They stressed that they would NOT be closing down, just raising funds for the move and downsizing
