mine had a "A" pump.. and all i did was up the fuel and bigger turbo on mine.. I would say somewhere in the 220-240hp range on mine.. I was looking for MPG's and highway running, so I didnt build mine to be a monster.. but I did lots and lots of research before I got the DT-360.. I was...
about the only thing they have in common is diesel fuel and that they are 360ci (ok ok, maybe a bit more then that) but the DT-360 is a much stronger engine, and is a wet sleave engine.. meaning you can rebuild it without having to bore it, just replace the liners.. they also are able to...
i have used liquid nails.. but honstly, the white just doesnt have the look that I was hoping for...
as far as the onans, how much power are you looking for?
My current plan is rubber hoses (think clothes washer hoses) for the pressure side, and some flexable pvc 1-1/4" discharge hose for the drain.. and some heavy duty extension cord for the power (fridge, lights, microwave, and toaster oven)
have you tried calling there main office and explaining what happened? if the truck has not been re-sold, they might work with you.. just remember- you catch more flys with honey then vinager 2cents
VERY nice install! looks factory... as far as the noise, if you raise the exhaust up a couple more feet, and point it straight up, it will lessen the noise.. mine is 3ft above the cab, and is very manageable..
for what you can get a used transfer-case for, its cheaper/easier to just replace it.. find someone parting out a truck.. going rate SHOULD be $600-$1000
