Off topic, but replace that little pinhole indicator light for the glow plugs with the larger clear, red, or amber warning light lens. No missing that.

Also, something to keep in mind in the future when overheating. Stop your vehicle and allow the engine to idle instead of shutting the engine off. Do not open hood or remove engine side vents to maintain proper designed air flow. Ensure engine fan is working. More info can be found in your TMs...
If you are not getting any solenoid/starter engagement, check that the wiring connectors at the bottom of the PCB are secure. If they are, try bypassing the PCB. If it starts with PCB bypassed, the relays in the PCB are bad. I don't offhand have the pictures for that process, but unless I am...
NLOGTS or some other variant, as was said above, is the registration of the truck. We had to provide that info to the fuel points when receiving fuel, and then annotate in the vehicle log book. That is why it is on the inside like that, for easy viewing.

I recently decided to install an underdrive starter on my 1970 XM813 with a 1988 dated NHC-250 Cummins. I did not have any problems with the original Prestolite direct drive starter, so it was not out of necessity but rather boredom.
