What type of nipple did you use to tie in to the engine cooling system?

Thanks for all that info!! With hurricane season upon us, I was thinking about laying my hands on a generator head and setting up some type of belt drive connection off of the PTO to drive it.

Any one have an idea what the speed on the pto shaft is at engine idle? Is it about a one to one ratio with the engine rpm's?

RE: heating Thanks, I am trying to decide if I want to set up a seperate return to switch when I switch between tanks or just have all fuel return to the WVO tank. But at 2qt plus per minute I think I should set up a two return system.

Looks like it could be from 7.62x39 chinese steel core round, I have made some similar holes with my own.

From a professional point of view, I think the locomotive horns might be a bit of a liability. For instance you blow your horn at a "tard" and he goes into cardiac arrest (as I would if I heard a train horn right behind me) could be bad.

Somewhat related but a little off topic, how can you tell if a multifueler has been converted to diesel only? The engine plate on my deuce reads White multifuel but someone has stenciled diesel only on the tank.
