Well the inside of my M1009 I think is just old CARC and white rustoleum primer over POR-15... I wonder if I need to even scuff it at all?

What type of seam sealer (or whatever it is) did they use at the factory? Its the caulk looking stuff that is around all the edges on the interior of my M1009.
