What would make the parking brake stick on the Deuce? After releasing the parking brake, the shoues are stuck and truck wont moove, without dumping the clutch. When it lets loose it makes a loud pop, like a rifle. It doesnt look like the shoue material needs changing. Adjustment seems ok too...
