Drove the truck a little today...
after the engine had cooled to air temp (several hours) I was poking around and found that the intake manifold was HOT. Is this normal? How can I disable the heater?
Anyone want to comment as to whether or not the following parts from a gasser will fit on a multifuel?
--battery box door
--tool box under driver's door
--step under both doors
--hood
--fenders (I know the passenger side will need some sawzall work for the exhaust)

What will interchange and what will not? I have a complete winch setup (PTO, shaft, winch, bumper extensions, ....) and want to put it on a multifuel powered truck.
I want to be able to inflate tires/run air tools off the deuce air system. What size are the threads on the fitting under the glove box? (I want to add a quick connect fitting) anybody running a regulator? filter?

Could you run singles without flipping the hubs if you ran m135 wheels and just flipped the rear wheels? (think about how 900 series 5ton singles work)

I am in the process of putting together the parts to re-do the brakes on my deuce and wanted to know which fluid you guys would use (&why) if you were rebuilding/replacing all cylinders, lines, airpack?
Any thoughts?
since I have a lot of nasty paint/ rust removal in my future and I don't have an aircompressor capable of pushing a serious sandblaster I thought I would give this a try
