I picked up an idler and Pittman arm from Black Dog custom. You can get all of the pieces and parts from them or Kascar.

Swapped to Pittman arm and idler arm. It drives like a dream now. I still have one tire that’s a little out of balance. That’s the next fire to fight.

You need a clamp on amp meter to see what the power output actually is.
Rule number one of military equipment. Never trust a gage.
My guess is it is wet stacked and you are going to have to cook out all of the carbon. That said you are going to have to define what your amp draw is and what...
Your pump is pulling way more amps than the genset will make.
My 003 struggles to start a well pump that has much head pressure on it. It grunts when the pump starts.
I would see what the actual load being generated by the pump is.
I am not sure but I bet you could put a hard start...
Have you confirmed that the glow plugs are heating up? My guess is you have a bad or mis matched box and temp sensor and it’s not heating the plugs.

My guess is it is fuel related.
Check your fuel filter. Have you done your PM’s on your fuel system?

Make sure that the inlet in the tank isn’t clogged with the sock from inside the tank or...
If it shifts into 3rd gear it’s not in limp mode. You can only get to first and second in limo mode.
My guess is you have a problem with hard parts in the transmission and not the controller.
I would at a minimum check the fluid level and see if it’s burnt smelling, drop the pan and replace...
Do you have a keyed start switch? Or do you still have the original start leaver?
If you have an aftermarket keyed switch that is likely your problem. Remove it and put the factory piece back in.
If it’s not that it is likely a ground issue.

Did you unhook your batteries when you changed your box?
There are no circuit breakers in that system.
Did you get the correct temp sender for the box you installed?

Dude, you are barking up the wrong tree here.
First off he (Gear Report) is a guy who writes for a living. He does awesome product reviews and does all he can to use his crew to give honest feedback on actual real life use of products. Writing is part of his trade. I would expect him to make...
Brake line on the rear passenger side somehow contacted the rotor and wore a hole in it. No rear brakes all of a sudden.
I got the replacement line from Kascar and did a R&R. As with just about everything on a Hmmwv it was way more difficult than it should be. I was able to practice most of...
From where to where are you trying to ship it? The Steel Soldier express has moved quite a few things over the years.

This is also incorrect. Please go back and edit your posts so that it reflects the correct information so that it doesn’t confuse people looking at this later.
