    New side exhaust

While I'm not a fan of 'wrap' per~se, It has its uses, which I'd redily use it on. Did perchance you notice any silencing effects on the exhaust from bare pipes? Still a nice looking Bobber. The camo is something else, but again I like it, and I'm a purist, go figure? But back to the exhaust...

    Deuce wipers

It was a hectic day yesterday, so I failed to be able to mess with it. Today however looks good for the maint. I'll post pictures as they now reside in their position for visual analasis, and will attempt to discover if the arms are installed backwards. I will take pics. along the way, so if I...

    deuce reverse light

I understand the dif, would these be legal as a back-up light? I'd like to either use some kind of flushmount and mount in the bed rear (holesaw type) with less watts ideally. The "floodlights" might give LEO cause for a ticket?

    deuce reverse light

Heres something I saw on ebay. I'm sure they must be made and available from Napa or somewhere onshore, These probably are chineese, I believe a company call Deitz made these at one time, hopefully still. But painted camo and installed as back-up lights, these would look close to something...

    Glad to be here.

Welcome aboard. You lucky stiff, living so close to Boyce Equiptment in Ogden there. I'd love to go there and meet the folks there and look at the treasures they have, and over there at that Edwards surplus off the freeway, must be some treasure lurking in the deckade-old piles all around the 20...

    Cruising speed and rpm?

I must have a faulty something-or-other, because I'm reading 15-1800ish RPM's at 50 MPH, it seems I'd be closer to 2200 or so? Mabe time for a new tach and spedo.

    Deuce wipers

I'v got the electric wipers, and I believe they were a military retro-fit when it was still active duty. Everything works great ........except.....the sweep on the driver side is so minimal that its almost useless, mabe 6-7 inches at the bottom, where-as the passenger side's sweep is at least...

    Which paint gun

Being igmo about Cans, and wanting to paint the Deuce over, all the Bodywork's done, I want to use a can and spray relativly thick, as opposed to thined out paint. With a Lowes (less than $100) can, what tip am I wanting to use, to be able to push the paint and apply as thick as practical, ie...

    Political Messages on your MV

One page back, I'll have to agree with TexAndy, in truth, He'a right. Still, I choose to not do it myself. I have a (Bultaco) sticker on mine, an old dirtbike brand from the 60's. But would I put political statements on it? No, it's just not my style, to me it's tacky and lends itself twards...

    Singles

The thing about singles that seems strange, unless you have the custon wheels and BIG tires is that when you run say 11.00 NDT's on the inboard position it simply looks like someone swiped your outboard tire and wheels. It looks too narrow and weenie'd to me. Why not run them to the outside like...

Hard top to cab bolt holes

Drilling the holes shouldn't be too difficult if need be. Fitting the top takes very little ingenuity. If its fitted and has holes but the cab does not, simply fitting in place and drilling into the cab should be simple. But if the cab has dimples all the easier. Might be wise to mark from the...

You guys are a bad influence

You might say this place is like a big illustrated cook book. You have recipe's for mere scrambled egge's or you have recipe's for a Wolfe Puck creation................

Napa muffler that will really quiet the truck down?

I like the subdued sound of a muffeled Deuce, theres still the whistle and no mistaking what it is, but additional noise reduction would be nice. My Napa job's a straight-through model. I think the next thing is to get rubber matting and insulate the cab. I really do prefer more quietness.
