all problems solved,
i got an ok from the "tüv" inspector this monday,
so i drove directly to the reg. center where i receved my new licenceplates.
i am pretty happy to hear that from the pre-owner [thumbzup] warthog.
i can`t wait for the next bigger ride on the weekend...
the troop seats parts took more time than i thought.
i now got a new complete steering assembly:
pitman arm,
tie rod end,
idler arm
and adjustment sleeves,
complete new front cv left
and a new monroe steering stabilizer.
monday 13th the truck should be ready for regestration.
the truck did not pass the german tüv...
the dept. is looking after the technical savety of automobiles,
you have to show your car every second year.
i need a new inner tie rod end, the old one was worn out.
the left outer cv boot was defekt and the steering damper was leaking.

the truck is running again!
...and it was almost to easy.
i pluged the old pmd directly to the original connection location...the truck started at once!
i will order a new extension cable now.
maybe ill post a pic of the "corpus delicti" if will find the...
even if the truck will not start anymore,
there is a lot of work to do,
beside this mayor problem.
installed the sandblasted bumpers.
looks a lot better now.

-i´ll get some professional help soon. a service with a diagnose-computer will see the truck next week. i hope that will targeting the problem.

-shutoff solenoid wire connecton ok and does make a clicking nosie when pluged in again
What about that "hammering" noise from the diesel lift pump. is that normal or should i replace?

Too bad the US Customs decided to dissemble and break a bunch of stuff. The seats and the door panels did not have any issues.

i forgot the resistor!
i got a new gray one...i hope the old resistor will fit in.
ok the internet said i need a new one.
but this is just a tuning part so the engine should start also without a resistor
i will go throu all other...
