I have had trouble free service from the AC60Gs on the resistor bypass triggered by a very old stock card. My plugs were in very bad shape when I removed them. All but two tested bad, how they were hanging on to life I'll never know. They were certainly victim to the cascade failure of the...
I would first run 3 or more full tanks of pure pump diesel through her, B20 if available. Burn the tank almost empty before refilling. Carry an extra fuel filter. Make sure your fuel system including IP is in good health. Inspecting an injector or two would not hurt either.

5.1. GENERATOR LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON WITH KEY IN “ON” POSITION BEFORE ENGINE IS STARTED
Step 1. Trace all circits from generator to generator light in instrument panel (including
fuse, bulb, arm relay}. (See wiring diagram F-11)
If circuits are good, replace alternator.
I don't think the solution you have proposed will achieve the results you want. On the other hand... I don't consider myself an Electrical Guru. The first time somebody told me to put a lawnmower* relay on my truck I laughed. Why? Because on the surface it sounds like a bad idea. With time I...
My truck has done this before. However, it is very rare. The single cylinder fire is almost like a cough or hick-up then whiirrrrrrrr as starter spools down.
Based on what you have stated, I would want to test the GP system (test that each plug is good /heating) and confirm that no air is...
Your spacer thickness, wheel backspace, and width will all need to be considered together. With the welded inserts you can set your own backspacing, and eliminate the spacer all together.
My main negative with the spacers was the same as the two piece wheel, and runflat insert I cut out with a...
I have ready where this is correct, and where they are non-directional. Running each side opposite will help disguise the true direction of your trucks travel offroad!
WELCOME!
I recently replaced my flexplate (flywheel). It is not all that difficult if you decide to do it yourself. If you were to do this yourself there is a lot of information here to get you through it. The trans swap I would imagine has been docutmented as well.
Before you change the...
I noticed your tread direction on the passenger side is reversed, and the driver side the same direction as mine.
Do you prefer one over the other? What improvements have you noticed? When I rotate them next I may reverse mine with the mouth of the V pulling like your passenger side.
I only did 4" springs in the front. I do get off road some, and have never had any problems hitting the fender. Keep in mind that my wheels are narrow and pull the tires in. See M1008 Link in Signature. If off road a lot I would certainly look at the Zero Rates. Like you said they add more...
No Problem. Exactly right on my lift. I ordered the parts from Off Road Design. The blocks in the rear were suitable for my needs, even though there are much better options for increased articulation. More lift information here: Link
Be sure to check back in and let us know how you fixed the...

Check driver side alternator belt tension
6. GENERATOR LIGHT REMAINS ON OR TURNS ON DURING OPERATION (ALL EXCEPT M1010)
Step 1. Check engine idle speed. (See paragraph 3-25)
Step 2. Disconnect connector from left alternator (if “GEN 1“ light is on) or right...
