I don't know who overhauled it....But they did not either check bearing clearance or passed up on the tork spec on the rod cap..Bummer I hope you can get your money back..Crappy job right there!!
What ever happened to Cheveron stuff, such as Delo 400 and such. I have used that oil in everthing from a Ford pinto, to a Pacific 100 ton Belly Dump Truck with out any issues at all.
****...That is some really red dirt (clay). I've never seen it that color.!!! Good luck on your project. Oh, I think you might be over loading the haul truck just a bit.!! HA HA
Seriously!!! how many dudes, get a CUCV "first time owners", and plan on making it their daily drivers? GEEEZ, they really don't know what they are in for...Yet.!!
Just say'n..Good luck to ya..You will be a "Mechanic" very soon!
Charge the batteries first, make sure they are both up to full charge first before you do another thing. Step two, make sure Glow plugs are working, do not use ether either...Pop goes the weasel. If botrh those check out ok, then I believe you may have air or a leak in your fuel delivery system...
I stuck it on the heater box itself. The original stuff is a soft putty like stuff that seals around the cores inlet and outlet pipes and heater box it self. If you can find that stuff that would be the thing to use. maybe the dealer..?? Good luck!!
