    There is a relay also, down by the starter relay under the dash, just right of where the radio would have gone. I changed both of the relays when I did the Dog head switch!!

    I'd check all vital fluids, check the intake system, install new batteries, then....."Put some fire in the hole & Air in the tank"..She will be just fine. Although I would not drive her until you made sure every thing else is up to snuff!!!

    We had a 69 chey 3/4 ton pick up on the ranch. It had a no spin in it and I thnk it had 285, 000 miles on it before the enigne caough up a hair ball, never once did the ole man ever change the oil or anything in it and it went the distance.. Through five kids learning to drive too.!!

    I guess the key word here is "Mistakenly"..How does one mistakenly win a GL bid??? I got mine at Nellis.. Two new batteries, check the oil and water oh and a new key switch and I had fire in the hole. It has turned out to be one of the best trucks I have ever bought!!
