My light was staying on way to long also..turns out to be the GP Solonoid! short the blue wire to ground and listen for the clack sound, andcheck voltage on the bottom big post!!!

I used the wellman GP's. they have the 1/8' spades (military), and the Civi's have the 1/4' spade. **** Matt 65 those are wasted GP's.. I bet it starts alot better now!!!
