They wont tow it they will fine you for every day past date given to move it. You can ask for extension on date.

It's never easy I have same problem even if they are convinced its not commercial you will also have more hoops to jump through. I have to hide mine in back yard out of sight if it can be seen from road I can't have it here. There are width, number of axles and on and on limitations. Good luck Jim

All of this sounds like fun but whats the point if you can turn up fuel beyond what the motor will handle like it is. If you increase HP in any maner beyond a point blown head gaskets are sure to follow. My 2cents Jim

If you weld to the case it will not hold it will brake out around the weld when under stress. Fab mount to bolt to trans.
