Whats the deal with the close time vs the award time with GL, I bid on something today and had the high bid at the end of close time. Does this mean I won and the bidding is over or can the item still take bids until award time?

I second that, wish we had more step x step pictorials.

Its a little hard to explain but from what I can remember it helps stop cavitation which causes water hammer around the cylinders and can cause a leak. Somebody help me out here if this sounds wrong.
