It is a 2 inch thick rubber that keeps the bead on. split the rim use a block to hold the tire up and push the rim down through, the rubber will slide off the rim with the tire. They stick and it will take some hamering but they will come off. Make sure when yo put it back on you line the valve...
Peter sorry this took so long. on the 004 and the 005 the selinoid output is to the rear (toward the motor) there are 2 90 degree fitting the turn it so the fuel ine runs behind the air cleaner. Hope this helps Ken
Peter I can stop on the way to work tommorrow and take a look at one of the units and let you know. I dont know if the 004 had all the fuel set up in place but I can look at the 005 and it should be in the same location

We have used the 24 volt pump set up on a 600 gallon tank. it runs a short 1" line with a 24 GPM nozzle no problem. good for a quick hit and run and like you said save the 500 gpm for the big stuff

I have a 225KW unit that burns 500 gallons every 24 hrs set up as a shelter power unit for the town . I would be very concerned about wet slacking if your going to run that big for a few food trailers.
you have the 2 piece rims . CTIS ?? there is an O ring that the 2 pieces seat together with and a rubber seal on the valve stem. Do you have the beadlocks? if so the slot should line up with the valve stem. I also use tire soap along the rim as filling if no beadlocks. I hope this helps
WOW 1200 gallons on a A3 thats a load I have 1200 gallons on my 5 ton only 600 on A2 state A3 has 850 on it and thats plenty of load I know its not what the post started as but looking at pic it just looks overloaded
