Not sure what truck you are working with. But yes a 6 hole Budd pattern is used on M35A2, M34, CCKW, Half track, M8M20 etc.

That thing is a pos. The only way to do the runflats is the YouTube method with hydraulic jack. Be careful I almost took out an eye when the jack slipped.

Do you see the keyhole? Stick your lock ring tool in there and pry the ring up. Once the ring is started out of the recess, use your tire tools to continue to pry the ring up and off.

Where are the nuts?? Highly unusual that the nuts are no longer threaded on.

Thanks for documenting this. Talk about a lost art. At some point in this thread can you hypothesize what reduction unit components get stuck together when you have the dreaded lockup in high range.
