He mentioned a few people had stopped by to ask about it. He also said he has friends that own more of them. Someone has a collection (Derelicts) nearby and that he would give them my number.
Yeah, okay....
So like I said... Off to greener pastures...
I asked the guy if he wanted to sell it. It said he was kind of attached to it because it was a cute little truck....
So....
Off to greener pastures, or trucks that aren't sitting in green pastures...
Dang Scott, you need to get out more. You're almost a recluse....
Maybe I can hogtie someone to help out other than a rally. Anyone?
Anyone?
Bueller?
Bueller?
I know I need to get some other supplies for the tie downs still, but that'll have to wait until July anyway. Dang truck...
To Master of The Mini-Rally
Yeah, Scott, that's you.
Any plans on one before Chehalis? I'd really like to get the new tie downs done on my trailer and need some assistance, and a mini rally would be the perfect place to do this, I believe.
Yeah, March 13.
"Harold, not sure what we'd do without you, but tomorrow, we're gonna start finding out."
Yeah, the company I worked for sucked. Almost 8 years there and ::POOF!:: See ya!
Anyway, on to way better things! Feeding this fever. Its Green....
I can't have nothing!
Oh wait. I have to bid to win, right?
Nice truck, if I remember. I don't remember, however, if it ran after being jumped or if it just cranked over.
So there may be more to getting it off base than just worrying about plates and such. It may need to be towed off or...
So, sort of like the m1028 or m1031? The chassis model where they mounted all kinds of different beds/boxes and used it for all kinds of things. Not just hauling ammo.
hmmmm

Whats the difference between the M37 and the M56? Without looking at the dataplate, because I don't think I'll be able to go back to the one I found near me.
M37 or M56
How, besides looking at the dataplate, can you tell the difference?
I did a search for M56, because someone is selling one locally, and it started to look a lot like the one I found, that the guy won't sell.
I moved this over to the appropriate forum area ...
Wrote to Zac. He found a better truck so needs to sell this one. Can't afford both.
I guess he doesn't have the Green Disease that bad. Everyone knows you don't sell one just to get another! :cookoo:
Well, I am disappointed. We stopped by the guys place today and he isn't interested in selling. Too bad. The truck is in really good condition overall and wouldn't take much, I think, to get running again.
I did leave my number, in case he changes his mind. He also said he would ask some...
Um, how does one tell the difference between a T214 and a T215?
If the drivetrain is toast, I might be inclined to upgrade it some. Maybe squeeze a diesel in there...
