I like the sound of a whistler on somebody else's truck. Wouldn't have one on my own. These things are load enough without the added noise of the C turbo.
I bought two last fall just to make sure I ended up with one complete good truck. I have since sold the spare and now this one is going to. I may end up with the exact same thing again, but I have lost interest in this one. I am leaning towards a bobbed truck with a slide in camper as a hunting...
No they are not bad to drive daily if you build up your biceps first. If you are using diesel in them it will hurt your wallet more than you butt and arms.
I sweat bullets every time I buy something on GL... It is fun :D
That being said; I have bought some real crap off of ebay too. I collect old duck decoys and bought one a few years ago that was represented as an old wood decoy. It arrived and was a piece of crap plastic decoy... The seller...
Thanks: On my end the audio in the videos is very fuzzy. I don't know if that is my internet connection or my crappy camera. How does it sound to everybody else.
If you watched my exploding log video no I can't legally tell you how that was done :grd:
I think that page got torn out of the man book as part of my prenuptial or something. She is pretty good about my toys, but does require one sold prior to one being acquired.
If you could kick me that would be great... Will you kick my wife while your at it too :D I made the mistake of saying I was thinking about selling it and she jumped right on that bandwagon... Now I am scared she will balk when I start looking for another one :(
I listed my truck on Epay... started her at 99 cents with no reserve. I scoff at those who put up an item for sale with a reserve. Grow a pair and and man up...
Okay in all reality I hope to god I get all my money back out of it, Dreaming a little I would like about 4 K for her and...
I think if he had a shop do the work he claims to have had done that 30 K probably isn't much of a stretch. My bet is on him doing it himself and counting his time as part of the 30 K
The poor fitting artic front and those westfolk spin on filters only make it worth about 25K. If he bought the westfolk screw in waterpump heater it would be worth 30K easy:p
Yeah those historic plates are cheap until you get fined for hauling a load with the vehicle plated wrong. One of our members recently learned that lesson to the tune of $630.00
As far as the load capacity of the deuce bed goes. The loader in my avitar picture put 15000 lbs on mine and it had...
If you are looking at the gauge and thinking that it isn't charging the batteries because the gauge isn't showing anything than welcome to deuce gauges... They are not reliable.
So you said that a shop said the alt is charging.
You said the batteries are two days old.
So other than the gauge...
Here are a few of my current sleds. I am partial to Yamaha Bravos. The are a great small sled, easy to get unstuck and will glide over the deepest powder.
I also have an Indy 400, nice sled but the power to weight ratio is a little off. Very fast on packed trails but not good in powder. I...
Okay... I will admit I have never owned or ridden an Arctic Crap. Well that isn't entirely true. We had a 1960s cat when I was a kid that my brother and I hauled out of the bushes and fixed up to putter around on. We got in running after countless hours of work; it ran great for about 3.5...
