    Buying first Deuce, Price?? Seller??

Alex at Idaho Motor Pool usually has some nice rigs in the $6-7K range and they are usually recent rebuilds. I bought my deuce from him 3 years ago with about 400 miles on the clock and now I have just over 2K and she still runs great! Aisde from routine maintenance and a set of batteries, I...

    Deuce dump at work

I think M35 dumps are one of the coolest looking trucks out there and your truck looks great. I unloaded 3 yards of 5/8 minus from the back of my deuce with a shovel a couple weeks ago and I was really wishing I had a dump bed.

Re: RE: Re: RE: Did a little hauling EGT Results I saw that rig on the IMP site too and thought that would be a nice replacement for my deuce...There was also one with a nice paint job at IMP for $12,500....way out of my league.

    Another Temp Question

My deuce rarely runs higher than 180 deg on 70+ days and I have to put the winter front on when it drops below 50 to get her run at 180 deg.

    Lockout choice

I went with the Selectros on my truck and I am happy with them. FWIW - I would have gone with the Oversons if they did not stick out so far. They kind of remind me of the chariot race in the movie Ben Hur. I think the Oversons would look fine if you are going to be running wider tires.
