    Goodyear MVT vs. Michelin XML

I do prefer the MVT tread for my trucks, when available. I consider it "All-Terrain" whereas the others I consider "Mud Tread".

    Goodyear MVT vs. Michelin XML

I don't know what valvestems those A3 wheels take, but you should be able to source them somewhere. The A3 wheels are designed to work with the MPT 14.5 tires. You only have one tread choice in that size on the surplus market. The other tires are not well suited for A3 wheels due to...

    Goodyear MVT vs. Michelin XML

If you have the A3 wheels, the answer is simple. Michelin XL 14.5R20

Towing a M915A1, Drop the Driveline, or pull the axles?

The manual says to pull all 4 rear axle shafts. I thought 1 on each axle would do it (unless locker equipped).

    Acceresory

Blast from the past! I remember when that picture was first posted 3 years ago and no one really had a use for those towbars. Now, those big towbars have become more valuable with the flood of M915 series trucks. I used 2 of the biggins on Friday to recover some M915A1s.

low-boy semi trailer from Hooks TX to Albany NY

Yeah, but how long is it going to take to get anywhere? That would be a heavy truck/trailer combo and payload capacity would be very limited.

    Barnhart M911

Last night I spotted a M911 southbound on I-35. It was painted as a work truck and said Barnhart on the door. After I quick search on the internet, I found this video showing 2 M911s in use:

EVENT: D-DAY Adventure Park wants your feedback!

Dewayne is a super guy and a gracious host but I can't make either of the proposed dates. It will take a LOT of advance planning to have a successful event.

915a1 on the job (Deuce too)

Thanks for the pics! Glad to see these trucks getting used.

    Xm818a2w/w

I don't think there is any stretch to it. It just looks way long because the tandems are moved all the way back. M820 should have about 20' of frame behind the cab.

    1984 HEMTT Expedition Vehicle

Looks like a cool project. I have seen that HEMTT before.

Cost of getting a good truck?

Come see me in OKC when you are ready to buy. I usually have good running deuces for $3000 - $4000.

    Snow chains for 1100-20 tires

Probably a little more than you are looking for, but I do have some new 11x20 chains. I'll get a classified add posted soon with the specifics.

Pic request - radial duals (15.50s or 16.00s)

I have posted a pic of dual 16R20s before, but an easier solution would be to lower the air pressure in your tires. That is going to give you more flotation & traction than just going to wider tires.
